Powerease reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any customer account if we determine that the account is being misused, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or abuse of website functionalities.

2. Safety Disclaimer – Risk of Injury or Death

Many products sold by Powerease, must be installed by a qualified electrician. Powerease is not responsible for any injuries, deaths, or damages resulting from the incorrect installation or misuse of our products. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and local electrical regulations when handling electrical products.

3. Pricing Policy

Powerease’s pricing is subject to real-time updates and may increase or decrease at any time. If a product is displayed at an incorrect or abnormal price due to a system error, Powerease reserves the right not to honor that price. Additionally, if a supplier increases product prices, Powerease reserves the right to adjust our pricing accordingly and will not be obligated to honor previous prices.

4. Order Dispatch & Freight Delays

Powerease strives to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, ensuring industry-leading delivery times. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by our freight partners and will not provide compensation for shipping or dispatch delays beyond our control.

5. Data Integrity & Product Information

While we aim to provide accurate product information, including specifications, images, and descriptions, errors may occur. If a product is delivered with incorrect details due to website misrepresentation, Powerease will offer a replacement at no additional cost. However, we are not liable for any damages to property or financial losses resulting from incorrect product information.

We strongly recommend that customers verify product specifications before installation to ensure suitability for their intended use.
